Sea Isle Inn’s Terms & Conditions
The first nights deposit is required by credit card in order to make any reservation. The deposit will be charged immediately after booking has been made. The only credit card we do not accept is American Express.
Disclaimer for all guests: This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for money, jewelry, or valuables of any kinds or damages to your automobile.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your reservation arrival date, your deposit is refundable less a 25% service charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.
There are No refunds on early check-outs, no shows or weather.
Balance is due upon arrival and can be paid by either cash or credit card.
Any misrepresentation voids a reservation.
Violators of Pool Hours will be asked to leave motel property with No Refund.
All rooms are non-smoking. Any violations of our policy may result in cancellation of reservation, loss of monies paid. Violators will be subject to min. $100 cleaning charge, plus any damage to the room that may occur.
Check In / Check Out Policy:
Guest Check In Starts at 2:00pm
Guest Check Out at 11:00am
What is requested at the time of check in: The room balance is due and payable at the time of check-in. If you are paying by credit card the cardholder must be present. The use of another persons credit card is NOT accepted. Please bring Photo-ID with you. You must register all occupants of your room and the vehicle information.
How do I check in after 10pm when the office is closed? We encourage all guests to call or email notifying us of all arrivals after 6pm. If arriving after 10pm please call and we can make arrangements to welcome you.
Pet Policy:
We are not pet friendly and pets of any variety are never permitted.
Guest Policy:
The amenities at the Sea Isle Inn are provided for registered guests only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave and will not receive any refunds for nights paid.
Parking Policy:
Once you check in and register your vehicle one parking tag is issued. It must be displayed in your vehicle at all times in our lot.
Booking Policy:
Can I request a specific room, floor or location? We will make every effort possible to accommodate your specific requests, however rooms are guaranteed by room type (A,B, or C) Only, not by specific number or location.
Other Sea Isle Inn Policies:
– No Skateboards
– No Scooters
– No Music or Radios/ speakers permitted – personal head phones only
– NO Kegs inside or outside rooms
– No visitors on premise
– No air mattresses

We provide towels for in room use only. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
